A Teenage Diet – My Uncensored Story

Hey Joseph here

If you’re looking for the best teenage diet to lose weight, then I’m glad you’ve found this website and I strongly suggest you keep reading, because this is my uncensored weight loss story. The ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of losing weight.

I used to be right where you are and I was struggling to lose weight for the better part of my adult life, people were always steering at me and mumbling behind their breath, they would call me names or made fart noises as I walked passed them, I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it. I tried low carb diets, I tried no carb diets which only made me sick and I ended up in the hospital. Extreme diets didn’t work and made me even hungrier, going to the gym sucked, I wasn’t getting anywhere and finally protein drinks didn’t work either.

Eventually I stumbled across a solution; I started eating healthy and that changed my life forever and I couldn’t believe how well it worked, I was finally losing the weight I so desperately want to be rid of and I lost 6 pounds in the first week, I was starting to feel good about myself, I’m happy most of the time and I have more energy then I have had in such a long time, the best part is that I didn’t have to stop eating the food that I like such as hamburgers, steak and chicken.

The one thing that really surprised me is that my daughter Alyssa was also wanting to lose weight and after trying the Diet Solution, she was losing it faster than I was, so while at my monthly check up, I asked our family doctor about Alyssa’s remarkable weight loss and why was she losing weight at a faster rate then I was. He replied that teenage dieting by way of eating healthy meals is accelerated because their bodies are still growing.

It actually brings tears to my eyes when ever I think of why I created this website. You see, my daughter came to me one evening after dinner and out of nowhere said, dad lets help other kids lose weight too because I know there are a lot of kids that need  help finding diet plans for teenage girls that really work.

Diet Plans For Teenage Girls –An Amazing Life Changing Moment

Diet plans for Teenage Girls-Fad Diets do not work

When talking about diet plans for teenage girls it is very important to recognize the diet should be considered in the terms of healthy eating and generally healthy habits.  So many of the diets “fads” that we see today generally do not work and in some cases can actually be unhealthy and work against the bodies natural weight loss mechanics.  When it comes to teenage girls, following a diet plan that emphasizes proper eating and exercise is even more important being they are still in the development stage of their lives.

Some of those diet “fads” in particular that call for extreme changes to a normal diet can deprive necessary nutrients and vitamins in the most crucial period of someone’s life resulting in long lasting negative effects.  That is why I am here to go over some of the diets for teenage girls that will help them lose weight and enforce proper eating habits they should adopt for the rest of their lives.

Diet Plans for Teenage Girls should include Fruits & Vegetables

I want to focus on the amazing benefits that accompany a diet full of vegetables and fruits of all different kinds of colors and sizes.  For one fruits and vegetables carry a wide range of all the necessary vitamins and nutrients that we need on a daily basis.  When it comes to suppressing the sweet tooth that often causes someone to go after sugary snacks, fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, and bananas can help to satisfy that in a healthy way.  Another great thing about all types of fruits and vegetables is that they are an excellent source of fiber.

When most people think of fiber they think of cardboard and generally anything else they can think of that has absolutely no flavor.  That is part of the wonder of fruits and vegetables when used in diets for teenage girls.  Fruits and vegetables, especially when cooked to release the natural sugars in them, are a great way to get the needed fiber to help keep you full without having to eat a lot.  This is greatest benefit of fiber as it can help curtail those cravings to eat large portions that can cause bloating and discomfort.

I hope that anyone looking into how to lose weight fast for teenage girls uses my advice above for the basic fact that not only does it work and will help a teenage girl lose weight, but that it also does it in a way that will help them stay skinny for the rest of their lives.  When it comes to good eating habits such as making fruits and vegetables a staple food in someone’s diet, it will not only help in the immediate future, but will enforce positive eating habits for the rest of their life.

A Teenage Diet – You are what you Eat

diet plans for teenage girls A Teenage Diet – You are what you EatThere is a popular statement known as “you are what you eat” and this really means a lot especially to nutritionists and all those who really take healthy dieting very seriously. When you’re young, of course you have different priorities than food and dietary habits. After all is said and done, it’s not unusual that more than 10 million teenagers throughout USA have obesity problems, and that number is constantly rising every year. A teenage diet should be a priority among parents that have children of that age, even if their children don’t have weight problems.

Are you looking for an easy solution of your weight problem? Well, there’s no such a thing, but if you’re looking to lose those extra pounds, there are many ways you can do just that. A balanced diet is one of those solutions. Even if you don’t succeed the first time, it’s important to gradually change your complete mindset, not just concentrate on counting the calories. There’s no shame in failing, but if you never try, you’ll never see a slimmer version of yourself.

Losing 1-3 pounds per week is considered as the safest and healthiest way to tackle the overweight question. Plenty of water, regular exercise and cutting the “sitting time” in front of the TV, are all good advices for the diet plans if you want to lose weight and feel better about yourself. Plenty of times, though, teenagers eat various junk food, simply because their parents are too tired or uninformed about the health risk that obesity really presents.

Nevertheless, teenage dieting should always be high on most parents’ priority lists. It’s important for your teenager to eat as much varied food as possible. If you can afford it, it is advisable that your child eats five different fruits and vegetables per day. Among other things, sensible portions of any meals are important in this whole healthy dieting process. Serving less sugary foods and drinks like Coca Cola is vital, too. One statistical fact shows that just through exercise and without touching their dietary habits, almost 20% of teenagers can lose excessive weight.

Balance dieting isn’t important just to satisfy your parents. Your teenage diet ensures you a long, happy and balanced life. In addition, it helps you to avoid various health risks, like heart disease, diabetes and high cholesterol, among other things. And don’t forget you’ll certainly have much higher energy than most people with weight problems. Did we say thinner people have more success with opposite sex, too? Now go out and ride a bike!

What is a healthy diet for teenage girls?

I am 15, I dance a few days a week. and my sister is 12, she plays soccer a few times a week. We just want to loose some weight to look good and tone up. We have searched some websites but need some more ideas. Anyone have any good diet plans for teenage girls? Help would be appreciated (:
everyday, 10 minutes before you eat drink warm water, nothing cold during, before and after you meals like soda, cold water, ice tea, because it slows down your metabilisam. stick with warm water. also when you eat make sure everything you eat is the size of your fist. Let me explain. Your first is the size of your heart and let say your eating a chicken breast, it has to be the size of your fist(heart). if you eat one twice as big as your fist you are eating twice as much as you should be eating. So lets say your meal is pasta with a baked chicken breast, then take a plate and divide it in half, one half let it be fruits and vegetables and the other half with a serving of pasta the size of your fist and a serving of the chicken the size of your fist, with some warm water on the side. This is a really healthy meal. Along with that just dont eat any more junk and when you think you are hungry, drink water or have a fruit. =)

Healthy Diet Plans For a Teenage girl?

I am a Teenage girl, turning 16 in March. I’m happy with my size (for the most part) But i don’t eat healthy at all, and i know that. I’m constantly snacking on unhealthy foods and when it comes to dinner, most nights it’s take-out. I also love caffeine (Like Soda and Energy Drinks). I just want to quit cold turkey and start eating healthy. BUT I’m terrible at making my own diet plan. Is there any sort of doctors (B/c I’m sure my regular doctor doesn’t do it) or websites that would help find diet plans for teenage girls that isn’t too expensive? Thank you in advance!

What is a good teenage diet or exercises?

Ok i have been trying to diet for the last year and half and i can’t keep myself on a diet or remind myself to do exercises. I need a good program and I can’t seem to find one. So what are some good exercises or eating programs. Oh and I have a weddingto be in July and i wanna look good….
There is no “good program” that will make you mature and responsible so you can stay on your diet and remember to do your exercises. Therefor, it’s pointless to be asking for one. And no one here cares what you’re doing in July. It’s irrelevant to your question. Here’s an excellent source for teen questions about teen issues. Be sure to bookmark it and use it. It’s recommended by the National Institute of Health. –> http://teenshealth.org/teen/ Good luck and good health!! ♠

The important tips for teenage dieting?

I’m 13, female, and 98 punds. I want to know the basics of teenage dieting. I’m just trying to lose my thigh fat and belly fat (: Also, i don’t need a lecture about i’m underweight and i need to gain weight cause i don’t pay attention to those people. Everything is awesome about me except my stomach and thigh fat.
ok,, Ive been through this,, well actually, i am underweight, and i excersise everyday, and that helped me alot, because your muscles grow(not in a manly way) they grow pretty, and they make you gain weight. I eat 5 times a day and if you dont want to have belly fat, do crunches, or dance ballet or bellydance. I LOVE BELLYDANCE that helped me drink lots of watter if you want to gain or loose weight,, it doesnt matter you HAVE TO EAT BREAD, just not too much if you stop eating it once you start eatin gbread again you are going to get fat fastly because your body got used to not eating bread just dont eat too much dont eat candies too much rice or potatoes are bad NNO SODA it makes your tummy seem larger because of the bubbles
